Pricing

$40 per month per 9x20 parking spot. A 9x20 spot fits most sedans, SUVs, and standard light-duty pickups. Larger vehicles (oversize pickups, vans, small RVs, trailers, boats on trailers) may need a larger spot — call for a quote.

Discounts available for 6+ month commitments and for multiple vehicles. Ask when you reserve.

Common Questions

Do I need to keep insurance on the vehicle?

We strongly recommend it. Our lot's security reduces risk, but we don't insure stored vehicles — your auto policy is what covers theft, vandalism, fire, or weather damage. Most carriers offer reduced "storage-only" rates if the vehicle isn't being driven.

Can I access the vehicle whenever I want?

Yes, during business hours. After-hours access can be arranged with notice. We always answer the phone, so if you need to grab something out of the trunk on a weekend, call first.

What's the minimum term?

One month minimum. Month-to-month after that — cancel anytime with a few days' notice.

Do you offer covered or indoor storage?

Currently, all spots are outdoor with full perimeter security. If you need indoor or covered storage for a high-value vehicle, give us a call — we can sometimes accommodate special requests or refer you to a partner.

Can you tow my vehicle to the lot?

Absolutely — we're a 24/7 towing company. Schedule a tow to our storage lot and we'll handle the move directly. Bundle the tow with a 3+ month storage commitment for a discount.
