If your vehicle was towed and you believe it's at our lot, call us at (706) 810-6046 first to confirm. To retrieve your vehicle, you'll need:

• Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport)
• Proof of ownership or authorization (vehicle title, registration, or a notarized letter from the owner if you aren't them)
• Payment in full — cash or certified check only (no credit or debit cards for impound releases)
• Proof of valid insurance (in some cases, depending on why the vehicle was impounded)

Daily storage fees

Impound releases are a $175 base impound fee plus $25 per day storage, accruing from the date of tow. The longer it sits, the more you owe — so don't delay.

If you can't afford to retrieve your vehicle

Be aware that under Georgia law, abandoned vehicles can be sold at lien sale after a specified storage period to recover the costs. Call us as soon as possible to discuss options — we'd much rather help you get your vehicle back than auction it.

Office Hours & Vehicle Release

Pickup hours are 9am–4pm Monday–Friday and 12pm–4pm Saturday. After-hours pickup is available for a $75 fee — call to arrange. We always answer the phone, even when the front office isn't open.
