• Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport)
• Proof of ownership or authorization (vehicle title, registration, or a notarized letter from the owner if you aren't them)
• Payment in full for towing and storage fees (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash all accepted)
• Proof of valid insurance (in some cases, depending on why the vehicle was impounded)
