What We Do on Site
You have a flat. You have a spare. We come to your location, jack the car up safely, remove the damaged tire, install the spare, torque to spec, and get you back on the road — usually in under 20 minutes once we arrive.

- Tell us your location, your vehicle, and whether you have a spare.
- Tech is dispatched. ~30 minute ETA in Athens.
- We swap the spare on, torque to spec, and stow the damaged tire.
- You're back on the road — with a recommendation for a permanent fix.
No Spare? No Problem.
If you don't have a spare (a lot of newer cars don't come with one), we have two options:
- Mobile tire delivery — we'll deliver and install a new tire matching your size at your location.
- Tire repair — if the damage is a small puncture in the tread (not on the sidewall), we can plug or patch on the spot.

Stay Safe While Waiting
- Pull as far off the road as possible — never change a tire in an active travel lane.
- Turn on your hazard lights. Set out a flare or reflective triangle if you have one.
- Stay inside the vehicle if you're on a highway shoulder, especially at night.
- If you feel unsafe (busy road, blind curve, bad weather), call us — we'd rather come to you than have you risk it.
