How much does service cost?

How long does it take to arrive?

Most of the time we arrive at your location within 30 minutes anywhere in Athens. For true emergencies (vehicle in traffic, kid locked in car, etc.) we prioritize and dispatch the closest driver immediately.

Are you really open 24/7?

Yes — truly. Drivers are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Holidays included. When you call, someone answers.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most forms of payment, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. We can process payment on the spot when service is completed.

Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. We work with several major insurance companies for roadside assistance claims and accident-related tows. Call in to set up service and we can help coordinate billing — or pay out of pocket and submit for reimbursement.

I locked my keys in my car — can you get them out?

Yes. We offer damage-free automobile lockout assistance on most vehicles. See our lockout service page for details. If you've lost your keys (rather than locked them inside), you'll need a locksmith — we can recommend one.

My tire is blown — do you replace it?

Yes. If you have a spare, we can swap it on at your location. If you don't have a spare (or your spare is also bad), we offer mobile tire delivery and installation. If the tire is repairable, we offer plug-patch tire repair on the spot.

My car battery is dead — can you help?

Absolutely. We offer mobile jump starts with portable equipment for those hard-to-reach situations, plus full battery replacement if your battery tests bad after the jump.

Do you tow electric vehicles like Tesla?

Yes — we're the preferred provider for the official Tesla Roadside Assistance program in our area. Our techs are trained for EV-specific procedures: proper jacking points, drivetrain protection during transport, and high-voltage safety.

Can you tow my RV or trailer?

We handle light and medium-duty RV transport (Class B and Class C) plus small 5th-wheel and gooseneck trailers. For Class A motorhomes or heavy-duty trailers, we can refer you to a partner who specializes in those. Call (706) 810-6046 with your specs.

My vehicle was impounded — how do I get it back?

Call (706) 810-6046 first to confirm your vehicle is at our lot. To retrieve, you'll need a valid photo ID, proof of ownership (title or registration), and payment for tow and storage fees. Daily storage charges apply, so call as soon as possible. See our impound page for full details.

Do you provide loaner cars or rentals?

We have a small rotating inventory of used cars and short-term loaner rentals for customers whose vehicles are being repaired or impounded. Call to inquire about current availability. See our used cars & rentals page for more info.

What areas do you service?

Athens and the surrounding Classic City area — including Watkinsville, Bogart, Winterville, Hull, Arnoldsville, Lexington, Attica, and other nearby towns. For long-distance tows, we can take you anywhere in Georgia and into neighboring states. Call for a quote.

How can I pay if my insurance covers the tow?

If your insurance company has direct-bill arrangements with us, we'll handle it that way. Otherwise we'll process the tow with you and provide an itemized invoice you can submit for reimbursement. Easy either way.
