Car trouble in Five Points? Between the student traffic and the tight parking off Milledge, a dead battery or a flat is the last thing you need. Athena Towing is close by and on-call 24/7 — one phone call gets you a price and an ETA, no runaround.
Five Points is the busy district where South Milledge, South Lumpkin, and Milledge Circle come together, just south of the University of Georgia campus. It's a short run for us from the Winterville Road shop, so Five Points is one of our quicker calls — usually a driver to you in about 30 minutes. Student parking decks and packed side streets are no problem; tell us the cross-street or the deck and we'll find the car.
Most Five Points calls are fast roadside fixes. A jump start is $65, a lockout is $75 (and we open it damage-free), a flat-tire change is $75, and we'll bring fuel for $65 plus the gas. We see a lot of students and EVs around UGA — if it's a Tesla or any electric vehicle, say so up front, because those always ride on the flatbed. If a tow is needed, we quote it before we roll.
From Five Points, the fastest path to help is a phone call: tell us the cross-street or the parking deck, tell us what the car's doing, and we'll give you a price and an ETA right then. We text a link to confirm, the driver only heads out once you approve, and you'll get their name by text. If your car is in a deck or a tight student lot, mention the level and which entrance — it saves the driver circling. And if it's an EV, say so on the first call so we bring the flatbed instead of a wheel-lift.
Five Points isn't the only spot we run to. If you're just outside it, we've probably got you covered too:
